When you arrive at the airport, depart the concourse and proceed to Baggage Claim area of the Main Terminal and locate the Hotel / Motel / Ground Transportation Directory Board across from baggage carousel M-1 (bank of red phones) dial 91.

For Southwest Airlines simply depart the concourse and proceed to the lower level baggage claim area, then proceed to the Hotel / Motel / Ground Transportation Directory Board located behind the escalators (bank of red phones) dial 91. The driver will meet you at the board with sign.

For your return trip, just dial (314) 428-7799 and a customer service associate will schedule a departure reservation per your request.
